Wow, a lot has happened since I last checked in. My last post was of our completed kitchen remodel and where Joshua has brought the house. Since then, a lot of wonderful things has happened, a lot of ordinary things, and some not so great things has happened. Isn't that life though? A little bit of everything that make up a full life that will be worth looking back on someday!

After we completed the kitchen, Joshua got incredibly ill from a tick bite - he had contracted Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever that rendered him quite ill for an entire month. Without sounding dramatic, and being quite serious, there were a couple of days in there that I was wondering if the Lord might take him. He was so violently ill and had gotten so dehydrated on top of it all. It was the hardest thing I had been faced with in my life to date. The Lord was (and is still) ever so gracious and saw him through and we were able to enjoy the beautiful fall and winter seasons!

Which brings me to this: this winter, we found out that we are expecting our first child! How fun it was to get news! Albeit, very surprising as we weren't quite planning for a child just yet, but we believe the Lord knows what He is doing and we are beyond thrilled and couldn't imagine it any other way now.

I will be trying to share a little more about baby preparation, interiors, and the other things that I started this website for a bit more constantly. As much as I can until baby is here and then there may be a lull for a while. Either way, I will be happy to share updates with you all here and things that inspire me and provide you with links to the things I am currently loving!

As always, if there is anything in particular that you are shopping for, need help with or anything, I am just an email away!! My email is cssandra.williams@gmail.com.

Here is the baby gear we're planning to buy in the #NSale. Check back for more posts like this later!
